“Selecting items that you would like to purchase is easy although once you have added an item to your basket it is a bit complicated to get back to a page that you were previously viewing after selecting your item. if your details are already stored in the ucs database it's quite simple to make a payment the delivery was very quick and over all the services good.”

“The only reason I didn't give this review a very good was an item that I had been looking at had been advertised for days before and after I placed my order but there was no stock. Apart from that would have given it a 5* rating.”

“My order arrived promptly within two days however the safety tag was still attached. The item was bought online as my local store did not have it in stock. I had to go into the shop anyway to get the tags removed! All in all I received a prompt service if not an efficient one.”

“I ordered a jacket for a birthday present online as they're are no longer any usc shops nearby. The delivery came earlier than quoted which was a nice suprise. The packaging was good and the item was nicely protected, unfortunately when I opened the packaging I discovered that a security tag had been left on the coat. I phoned customer service . They were apologetic and refunded my delivery charge but it was still frustrating that I had to go out of my way to get it removed at my nearest sports direct store When the whole reason I opted for delivery was for convenience.”

“Very quick delivery and service. Only issue and its nothing major is I received my delivery before I received the email informing me goods had been despatched. The email came the day after the delivery was made”
