“I find USC an excellent source of online clothing. A nice website, offering a good selection of brands, well presented and easy to navigate. Delivery, via Yodel, is fast and reliable and offers good tracking facilities. I have never had a problem with my orders; pricing is normally very competitive although prices have gone up significantly this year. I believe this applies across the clothing market.”

“Have used USC for several years now and would be my main place for clothes shopping. Only criticism I would have is that delivery normally is longer than other UK sites.”

“I ordered a tshirt and paid for standard delivery and it was delivered in the time frame which was advertised, very quick and easy to buy the tshirt too so happy overall with the service that I recieved.”

“I think that the range of brands and products that are on offer is great as it suits the needs to everyone, the delivery was fast and the quality of the products are to standard enforcing that they are not fakes, overall I am pleased with the service and I will certainly use this site again!”

“Quick service and good quality clothing. Only issue is that the images of the products are different to the product you order. E.g the jumper i bought looked red/brown online but when i got it, it was a dark purple.”

“I ordered a sweater which ended up being way too big - sent it back for exchange - received initial parcel on Monday and received exchanged item on Thursday of same week! V quick service - wasn't too happy about paying return postage but most companies charge these days and USC account on website was a little confusing when it came to the exchange - overall happy x”

“Good and quick service. Shane about the "buyer pays return fee". That I think puts off any potential buyers especially if not sure about the size(s). Otherwise good stuff at good prices.”

“All in all a good experience. Items arrived in good time all correct size qty etc. Tracking information provided. I only have two small gripes:- 1. I do not to expect to pay to collect in-store I expect that to be a free service, I don't pay to shop in your stores why would I pay to collect instead of just shop? 2. I would prefer it if you used Royal Mail, their service means I don't have to stay in and wait for a courier, I would pay a little more for this option.”

“My service from USC was good but the courier service wasn't so good. After making an inquery about my parcel I was told it hadn't arrived, an hour later it was scanned into the depot. Poor service from our local courier.”

“USC were fine. However, TNT delivery to rural France was slow. This is not the first time we have had problems with deliveries by TNT.”

“Order completed online, problem with a discount code (which turned out to be invalid anyway unfortunately) which would have benefitted from a live web chat option? To their credit USC email responses were fairly quick but not instant. Notified by text delivery was on its way and seconds later the doorbell rang. Always kept in touch when delivery process started until it arrived.”
