“I am a regular customer at USC as I find that they always have a good bargain on high street brands. I have bought from the stores and online, and, so far have not had any negative experiences. However I would recommend USC to offer a free delivery option to regular customers and review their refund / exchange procedure / policy as its a bit long winded when ordering online in to a store, plus you can only exchange or get a gift voucher (luckily theres always been something else I want to exchange with, so all good). Overall, great prices, good experiences.”

“Website easy to use, ordering process straightforward and delivery arrived quickly. A bit disappointed that even when spending almost £70 delivery is still charged for, although I did Find a code to make it half price. One thing I was disappointed about was that one of the t shirts I ordered was a different price in different sizes which seems a bit unfair (smaller garment was more expensive!!). Overall though quite happy with the service.”

“Easy o navigate site and good range of sizes, even in sale items. Found whats. Want and got it delivered quickly with plenty of options. Would have given five stars but using Yodel for deliveries looses marks! The delivery was ok but the driver was rushed and not particularly professional. Yodel lets so many otherwise great companies down!”
