“Ordered & paid for shoes. Whilst awaiting delivery I had an email from PayPal to say monies had been refunded. Then received a email from USC saying that the order had been cancelled as I’d changed my mind. Took 3 days for me to get any kind of response to be told there had been a mix up at the warehouse. Refunded the shoes value but not delivery charge even though I never cancelled the order. I now have been fully refunded but still haven’t got the shoes & I’m a bit hesitant about reordering them”

“The polo I purchased as a gift is good. However. The way it was packaged for the price tag is unacceptable. It was screwed and thrown into the garment without any attempt at folding. Would only shop again if standards improve.”

“EASY TO REVIEW THE WEBSITE. EVERY UNDERSTANDING. GOOD PRICES. MORE COULD MAKE PROMOTIONS WITH -20%. THE LAST SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DELAYED AND DPD HAS ALREADY DELIVERED 2 TIMES AND HAS NOT RECEIVED ONE PACKAGE OF 7 FOOTWEAR. HAVE NEVER BEEN BEFORE.”

“Love the online shop at USC. Clear and easy to use. Unfortunately because you have to pay to return clothes I won't shop again. Being 6ft4 means about half the stuff fits so being hit with a 15-20 pound charge to return clothes is not great.”

“USC charge for delivery which takes over a eights days to arrive, then do not accept refunds from the same USC store I am collecting the items from. I now have to pay to send the items back to you and wait for over ten days to be refunded. SHOCKING. I will never purchase a click and collect from USC and I will do my best not to buy from the store.”
