“was told boots would arrive on the Monday they came on Saturday before no one in then told Sunday they came again on Monday no one in finally got them on Tuesday . But was happy enough with both pairs. USC might want to rethink their delivery people.”

“-1 star for a complete lack of order /shipping/tracking confirmation but the fact the complete order was delivered to Sweden within 4 days makes the rest almost acceptable. No need to track quick delivered items!”

“Really good service, no problems with the ordering, paid for normal postage service and received my order within three days.Only minor issue was that the polo shirt appears to have been literally thrown into the packaging, not folded and placed in a cellophane bag, as its a present that would have been appropriate, not folded neatly at all. Little things like that can matter!!”

“The products are great and lower in price than what other retailers sell them for, but one problem is the returns policy. A customer should be able to return any item bought online to one of the department stores for a refund, instead of paying for postage to send it back. If the items were not at a lower price than other retailers then I might not have bought them to begin with.”
