“Think there was a problem with your email services, I received my confirmation email days after Id ordered then after Id got my items I got the email saying they'd been dispatched, apart from this my items are excellent, happy with my purchase”

“Hi there, I have been a USC customer for many years and I can't tell you how much I love shopping at USC, so much so, that I have spent online nearly £620 during the last three months alone as well as more than £400 in stores. I have also recommended you to a few of my friends and they have also spent a fortune buying from you. However on a couple of occasions, two separate items weren't included in the delivery although I was charged for them. The first time this happened, I got in touch with USC and the problem was rectified. On the second occasion, order number: USC40000008932878 a Diesel sweater was not included in the delivery, but I was still charged £45 for it. I wrote to USC explaing the issue but no action was taken!! And on my last order USC40000010806400 both sunglasses ( Jack and Jones space sunglasses and Soviet aviator smoked sunglasses ) were scratched! I will not place another order until I hear from you with an explenation and appropriate action. “Good service.. my only downfall is that there isn't must feedback as to when the item has been despatched and when possible delivery is. I received an email about despatch the day before delivery.. Some companies have a link where you can view the progress of the order and delivery... Apart from that a relatively good service. Well done.”

“The service was very quick, and very please with the quality of the clothes. My only criticism would be that when sending items back (either to exchange or for refund) I had to pay delivery costs. Every other company I have sent items back to has a freepost label. I had 2 separate orders and had to send items back on each order and it cost me an additional £10. If there was a freepost label on the returns form, it would make it a lot easier to send items back and I would have given 5*'s”

“I am very happy with my products, except I would have like to have seen free returns as I want a smaller size in the coat I ordered and will now have to pay for the exchange postage costs on top of the order. This has put me off exchanging resulting in USC perhaps missing out on a sale. Apart from this the service was brilliant and my products are of very high quality.”

“There could be an option of free delivery, even if it takes longer, rather than having to pay the £3.99. Having said that, the delivery is prompt and always within the 3-5 days. The clothes could be folded a little neater to help stop creases once they have arrived. Other than that, good service and I will definitely continue using USC.”

“Phone app not very quick or useful for purchase. Takes far too long. However, once purchase was made the yodel service and updates were very useful and quick. Thank you”
