“The trainers weren't packaged great. Instead of packing 2 in one package and another package for the other, 3 were jammed in one package and all boxes damaged. Other than that good prices and delivery time”

“Very happy with order! Speedy delivery and clothes arrive all in good order. Only problem is I've sent ill fitting clothes back to USC in the past and got no reply, acknowledgment or refund? It was a little late but sent explanation letter, email and heard nothing. Poor customer services, no contact number.”

“The process was very easy , and delivery times were very good. However , clothes were rolled into a ball with no packagaing , looked like they had just been thrown in.”

“The only down side to ordering of your website is the returning of items I had to pay £8 to return a pair of trainers and as your nearest store is well over 30 miles away from where I live I had no choice but to pay this. Your should use collect plus”

“All's fine with you guys it's just a pain in the backside I end up sending a lot of stuff back purely down to me being such a fussy you know what! Lots of items look decent on the web and not on once received, just down to not fitting well most of the time, and different makes having such differences in their sizes it's a mare trying to get jeans and shirts to fit properly. I've had G-Star products before now which have been great but the three jackets I ordered not so long ago ( in a large like the rest of my G-Star stuff ) were a very ill fit for some reason? Couldn't close the jacket to zip up and the sleeves were halfway up the arm so the only gripe I would have is the manufacturers/suppliers are letting you down a bit and perhaps somebody your end could carry out checks in some shape or form to ensure they aren't furnishing you with second rate or inferior clobber!”
