“It would be better if you could actually track your package from start to finish at the moment you only get track info from the morning your going to receive delivery which seems a little pointless, also to expect customers to sit in from eight in the morning till six or later at night seems excessive a time either am or pm would be better so customers arnt wasting an entire day waiting for a parcel as it is 2014 not 1980 after all I can't see how this would be to much trouble Thank you”

“The website is very easy to use. I got my item in the sale and was very reasonable priced. I was kept well informed from the minute I ordered to delivery. There was a 24 hour delay due to a process issue but I was informed of this delay. Very good service. Will use again”

“When choosing International delivery, the payment methoo page somehow didn't show the menu of acceptable cards. Had to use some tricky methods to get over this. If you don't want to ship to Latvia then simply exclude it from the list.”

“Despatch time wasn't too bad , when despatched excellent tracking of parcel and delivery. I was abit disappointed with the way they were packed in the bags as all bags were ripped open not very neat At all. Items were all as described as they are presents I will have to repackage them in tissue paper as bags untidy and ripped.”

“Really good prices, excellent customer service, unfortunately one of my items was out of stock which was really frustrating and prevented the top score for this review but it was dealt with well - i was kept informed and i guess it is just one of those things. willl definitely use usc again.”
