“Good range, fair prices. Shame no free returns and items are not packaged as well as other companies - some items arrived scrunched up. No big deal, just details.”

“The free postage cost has increased from £50 to £100 and I don't agree with being charged if you want to deliver to store. It's also disappointing that you have to pay to send items back and not return to store. I would shop with USC more if the postage was cheaper and the returns was free”
