“Happy with the product but yodel delivery service is awful, took a day off work on Tuesday and parcel didn't arrive, went back to work Wednesday but couldn't leave a note with yodel to get product delivered to a safe place!! Should use DPD for future deliveries they gave a really good service which u can change delivery options while parcel is in transit”

“I like shopping at usc it's very easy layout easy to find what things your looking for the only problem is where u have to pay for delivery I order over 200 pounds worth of stuff un had to pay 5.99 to pick it up I think it should be free delivery over a amount order plus I have order lots over the last year and should become like gold member for ordering so much and get free delivery when you do...”

“great service and a great pair of trainers at a very reasonable price only drawback is delivery charges which are out of line with other retailers in store collection should not be charged for in my opinion but when you consider the savings on products I will continue to shop with usc”

“Bought a couple of times from USC now. I have recently had to send off and complete a return which has been handled really well. Overall, the process seems quite straightforward and gets the job done. Only downside seems to be the process of the orders. You do not always get a confirmation email for a couple of hours. Also, for the price of the delivery, you would expect to have your order quicker than what USC currently provide.”

“The web site is easy to use and the delivery was fast BUT I was expecting an email to say all that went fine and the order went thro. When I didn't get an email I wasn't sure if the order went thro . Two days later it arrived and every thing was there. So good It would off been very good if backed up with email.”

“After purchasing two items and just before delivery had arrived I was told one of my items were no long available. This is when the option should be give to see if I would like to purchase another item. This way I wouldn't have to order something at a later date and have to pay for a delivery charge again.”

“Quick despatch, product matched description. The website was not very user-friendly because of the small font and the difficulty in using the side menu to select items. Postage fee too high.”

“On the home delivery it needs improving by giving some notice to people of when it's going to be delivered I received the email after 9am on the day it was being delivered I was at work and also was unable to check emails so couldn't arrange for someone to be there to collect it. This could have been solved by getting an email the day before and an approximate time would also help like nearly all other companies now give when delivering items”

“Positive experience with ordering online but delivery options not so clear and limited. Refunds procedure very poor and not clear at all. Forcing clients to use royal mail which is very high.”
