“The only problem if found was the coat i ordered was a mens large but was not true to size, i therefore am posting it back to you and have asked for an Extra Large to be sent in place.”

“Although delivery was fast and also the refund I was not satisfied that I had to pay delivery charge and returns charge on an item that was faulty ( zip kept sticking ) which was y why I had to return item so for this reason I would not be ordering from this company again”

“The item turned up relatively promptly given that they must be very busy at this time of year. Package was well wrapped but the handling by the courier had dented the firetrap tin with the fragrance and bodywash in it, I wasn't particularly impressed with that as I had ordered it as a gift and didn't want to give it to the person in question, I did however, but that's not the point. So that was a downpoint, not sure if USC can be wholly blamed but for the fact that a little more careful packing before the items left your warehouse would have been appreciated. This is not a USC issue but as part of the same birthday gift I puchased the SoulCal pencil set. Not bad for £1 but I've seen the set since and the pencils are of a very poor quality and do not sharpen properly, one of them has split right down the middle, the other 3 have all lost the first half inch of their leads in the sharpening process. I would say a waste of money at full price, but as it was cheap I can't really complain too much”

“Overall, very good. Trainers as described, some light scuffs here and there; and I know it's only a box, but when it is being given as a gift; it would be nice for it not to be squashed and torn.”

“Overall service was quick and good however the point of online shopping is to avoid going to the shops. Security tags where left on items that had been bought which has meant I have had to go into one of the shops to get them removed so there was no point on doing it online if your still going to need to make a journey to one of the shops.”

“The browsing, range of items and ordering process were very good. I received the delivery quicker than expected. The only disappointment was the cost to return items via an insured and tracked service. Other online retailers I have used usually offer free returns. This would make me look elsware before ordering from USC again.”

“I would have put 'very good' but unfortunately today I received an item that was different from the one depicted on the Men's USC site.So I had to return it.However , prior to that though I had a bigger parcel of clothes which was excellent.I have had some blips,like ,I didn't like something when it arrived or as today got the wrong item but the response has always been considerate and helpful.Think you have an amazing collection of clothes and shoes on offer.if you get in quick the Sales are always worth checking out and it is appreciated when you notify me about them.”
