“Good clothes at good prices, only downfall is having to pay postage and then pay again if you have to return an item, should offer free returns like majority of online stores”

“Nothing wrong with the clothes or service. Just a few times now I have ordered from usc and the quality of the packaging has been pretty brutal to be honest. I had 4 t-shirts delivered yesterday and 2 of them were just crumpled up in a ball & literary put in a bag. Almost returned them. If happens again I will”

“The clothes I recieved looked very different to the ones I thought I had ordered. However I'm very happy with how quick the delivery was and also the fact that payment isn't taken until you have recieved your items”

“Beautiful product fits my daughter perfectly. Wish I could say the same about the delivery service. I paid £6.99 to get the product delivered by Saturday, Yodel sent me a text saying my parcel would be delivered Friday. I missed the delivery and they left a card to which had no number on the back for me to contact it just said they'd try and re delivery the parcel again Saturday I also received a text saying the same thing, however this wasn't the case no delivery came Saturday and I waited in all day they re delivered the item Monday so therefore I wasted the £6.99 on postage ????”

“I ordered more than £200 value of goods.All items are original and good packaged,retail boxed.It was lovely and economic shopping last friday because of Black Friday weekend. We need your special Friday's :) You dont have to wait for make special offers/discounts on Black Friday or Cyber monday etc... :))”

“would definetely reccomend, found the whole transaction easy and straight forward,from online ordering to delivery,quality branded products at very reasonable prices, delighted with my items,if i was too find anything negative, maybe the of speed delivery could be improved , as i find other retailers delivery times quicker”

“the service was quick, however the jeans I recieved where not the ones I wanted, (not sure who is at fault) and I had to replace the order for the correct jeans which I have arranged to collect from you premises in Princess St Edinburgh. However I was disappointed that the only way to return is via royal mail which turned out to be expensive I would have thought that your company would have accepted return through your outlets.”

“The item I ordered was reduced less than 24 hours after placing my order but USC credited the difference and saved me having to return the order so can't fault them for that. Offering free delivery or free collect in store would encourage me to order with them more frequently over asos, just on this occasion they had the item I wanted in stock and asos didn't.”

“I brought this as a present for my daughter as she liked it ! The pen rice was £12.00 which was good but it came as the sale price is £7.50 which is on the tag ! I don't think this is very good as I've now paid £4.50 more than I should ! I think this a bit naughty ! I can't find a place to email to advise of this either !”
