“Everything from your end was top draw apart from some of the products I received - I am sending back 4 items today, 2 are baggy & the other 2 - 1 - The G Star logo is hanging off & the 2nd one is meant to be a ladies small & looks more like a ladies large…Arrival time was great & communication form your end via phone msgs of dispatch & arrived. I would have given Very good on the review but due to above with the returns its just good. Hopefully I can get my money back with in the 2 weeks so I can look at xmas offers coming up ;-)”

“Need to send an item back and will have to pay postage. Most shops absorb the costs or use collect plus or return to store so that the consumer does not have to pay for a return. This deters me from using the website”

“The payment page is poorly designed, the verification window is so small it took me and my son three attempts before we found it; as we could only see the name of my bank and nothing further we followed the link back to the order screen. My son gave up and after trying everything else I tapped the down screen arrow and then the bank screen changed; I use online shopping all the time and this is the first time I have ever seen such a poor screen layout. Your website is easy to use apart from this and you offer good value for money on the stock you sell..”

“Very pleased with delivery & the product. However when the jacket arrived the price tag shows a cheaper price than I have actually paid. I have sent an email with photo of the jacket/tag but am informed the wrong tag was attached. Trading standards stipulate products should be sold at the price shown. I have not yet received a response.”

“Hi I loves the fact I was texted with all the delivery details and even recieved a txt 2 say it had been delivered my only problem was that one of my items wasn't in a bag or sealed it was jus in the Delievery bag the other item was in a sealed selophane bag”
