“We ordered a pair of converse, the right size box arrived but the shoes inside were the wrong size. USC have dealt with this very professionally and have refunded my postage on both items as well. Mistakes happen, its how they are dealt with that measures the rating and they did well.”

“I was very happy with my recent order, as always the items were well wrapped and came within the time limit. There are just a couple of bad experiences I've ever had... I made my recent order with a gift card I had to get because the changing rooms were shut so I had to go elsewhere to try them on, plus someone was stood infront of the sign that said I would get a refund when I went to the counter. I thought it was a little harsh. USC is always a shop I go into without fail, there's a good reason for that.”

“The goods arrived promptly which was fab. Had to go to a store to exchange one of the tops for a different size & colour and couldn't believe what I was told! I had bought the top when it was discounted but it was full price again and was asked to pay the difference because I wasn't taking the same colour!!! All colours were discounted at the time. Only reason I wanted other colour was cos my son turned up on his birthday wearing top in my first choice colour. Was told because even although it was same top it had a different code cos was diff colour!!!! Yeah code would be diff but it's the same top at end of the day!!! Unbelievable! Never in all my shopping years have I encountered such nonsense!! Put me right off USC.”

“I have 3 points to make. Firstly I love my new Vans, they're amazing and I've been trying to get them for some time. Secondly, I am extremely annoyed at the fact that you have closed your nearest store to me at Westfield Stratford, throughly disappointed with USC as my nearest store is now 10 miles away. Thirdly, unhappy about your online pricing and marketing strategy. You advertise products on lower prices, often when you have it left in sizes too big or too small. Please try and ensure you have the most popular sizes and if running a promotion run it for all sizes in the design. Other than this very happy with my experience!!”

“Ordered Rocket Dog boots as a Christmas Present for my daughter, when they arrived the Rocket Dog box was completely damaged, lid was off & the boots were inside the plastic bag.. Boots ok but, perhaps your carrier or packers need to be more careful..These boots were not cheap!!!”

“Goods were delivered quickly and it was the good I had ordered. Because I had bought sales items all the bags were ripped in order for USC to be able to put on the sales stickers which was a bit messy. But the goods were OK and at very reasonable prices.”
