“Hi, I was very happy with the delivery process and quality of clothes. Unfortunately I was disappointed as I ordered a jacket which according to the size guide should have fit well but it s too big. I was going to return it by courier as I need to use it in a couple of weeks time for a trip but it costs more than the jacket to do so :( Any suggestions pls? Thank you!”

“Like the range of products available also the deals. Service was great too. Although the puff jacket I ordered had some poor finishing with the sewing since it had threads all over and I had to cut them off my self. But I like the quality”

“Good prices, but the packing of items could be much better. There is no consistency. Sometimes items in boxes come with no protective packaging except for the mailing bag and are suseptible to crushing/damage. No so bad if for own use but disappointing if bought to give as a gift.”

“Delivery very quick paid £4.99,but the security tag was left on the garment,so had to go to store to be removed,where it would have been free,otherwise the rating would have been higher,thanks.”

“I shop a lot from USC but I was dissapointed with my online delivery this time as the trainers I ordered for a present were dirty and the clothes packaged very untidily! I contacted customer care to ask how to return the trainers for replacement with out costing myself as it was not my fault and was told I'd be emailed to get refund for my postage, this email never arrived so I had to call again and the email did arrive but to late for the post office so I will now have to wait till after wknd to return them and now replacement will be late for birthday!”

“Usually i have a good service except for my last time i shopped with USC i ordered shoes size 8 for my son and when i received them in the box it was written size 8 but the actual shoes were size 10. the worse bit was if i need to exchange them i should pay again for the delivery and i already paid for the first delivery. at the end the customer service sort it out and sent me a freepost address but until i received the correct delivery i was worried that my parcel can get lost. so i think it is better to make sure you send the correct item first time. thanks”

“Service reliable only once had a problem which was quickly remedied. Biggest issue is delivery payment on returns should be split 50/50.”

“From ordering to delivery USC offer a good standard of service overall. If i were to pick fault i would need to comment on how unfair i find it that smaller sizes are more expensive than larger sizes in the same item, i find this quite discriminating against people with a smaller frame.”
