“normally shop online at USC been good only thing that isn't good is the delivery & returns charges most only shop giv u free delivery over £ 40 & free returns too USC charges gor both so if I buy a £10 product then get charged for delivery that you dnt mind paying as you like the product but when it comes it's either to small or the wrong size you got to pay for the return too which I think should be free :)”

“I am happy with service and delivery, what I do hate is the way you price things. You always advertise items at the lowerlprice but once you add your size the price shoots up. Even in adult sizes. Bit of a con really. Example I found trainers at £30 and when I put my size 8 in went up to £40 from size 7.”

“Good service and delivery, however postage fees high particularly when spending a large amount. Most other retailers offer free shipping if the order is over a minimum amount. Postage is also payable on returns and is also not in line with other major retailers.”

“I feel that some of your items of clothing show up very dark on screen and you can't make out the detail very well hence the returns the worst being your shorts they some times come to me different to the ones shown if you could print the inside leg size would be a great help all in all I enjoy shopping with USC P.S. Sorry but you did ask ????????”

“Was quite surprised I had to pay delivery even though I was then going to collect from a store. I am used to free click and collect. All the tshirts had been literally shoved into the top of the bag, coming out very creased. But otherwise all very good.”

“Product was as described and excellent value. Your website is excellent and easy to navigate. Would have given very good if carrier arrangements and their communication was better. Delivery was next day as promised although that is what I paid a lot of money for. Couldn't leave my house for the whole day due to the requirement of signature for delivery being required, no delivery time slot given and no easily accessible options to amend delivery options that suited my needs. Thought that being in this situation was becoming a thing of the past. This is in contrast to suppliers such as Amazon who use DPD carrier who provide an excellent service. Please consider using DPD type service and I will be more likely to shop with you.”
