“When I read the reviews about USC on the trustpilot.com , so I was frustrated, because on this portal, USC has very bad reviews. But even though I tried. Goods that I ordered was fine and the service was correct. I am from Slovakia. E-shop USC recommend”

“The delivery was very quick. The item I got was packaged well. Then when I put my phone in the pocket there was a hole, and the phone ended up in the back of the coat.”

“I thought the delivery time was quick, however the price of delivery was fairly expensive and I also had to return one of my products due to sizing issues and had to pay to return it which I thought was unacceptable.”

“I like shopping in usc but I normally use the website. I think the selection is ok but the underwear, trainers and jeans are not to my liking quite often the fit. The T shirts are great and there are some good pricier items like jumpers and jeans. If i was going to shop there more often i would like to see more classic crew neck sweaters, and jeans like the old soviet button ups from 2012. One last thing were are the diesel trainers I have had 6 pair of black starch they are fantastic. Tasteful Nike air max aswell ;-)”

“Excellent sale items and quick delivery however I do not understand the delivery charge to the store. £4.99 is a lot of money when the store will be receiving deliveries of stock anyway. I just don't see how USC can justify the charge when 99% of other retail outlets offer free delivery to their store. It will make me think twice about shopping in USC in future.”

“Overall good service. My belt was v good & a good price. Shame i had to pay for delivery to the store but did get back a £5 voucher to spend in soccer world! Rather the delivery to store was free as i don't really shop in soccer world!”

“You have a good selection of clothes and the prices are reasonable. I think you should reward your repeat customers a bit more with a few discount vouchers etc. Or you could have a scheme where after 10 orders you get a 10% off voucher or something similar - look after your repeat business/customers and you will benefit.”
