“Found my way around the Web site ok, when it came to paying by PayPal it didn't seem to work waited until the next day just in case it had worked & item was out of stock. Tried again a week later when item was back in stock & PayPal still didn't work so had to put all my details in. Parcel arrived 3 days later & in time for my son's birthday, so very pleased in the end .”

“Good....but! Whilst delivery etc was quick, the item was massive (which there was no advice for) and so I paid postage and am now paying return postage. Wish I'd bought from an actual shop instead at full price.”

“Would buy more from you but your postage charges are to way high !!!!!!!! Your competition I buy from offer free postage ie surf shops quicksilver. Vans get the label surf dome the free or economy post of £1 to £1.99 ............that why there getting more orders from me Your loosing orders because of rip off postage if they can do it free or cheap so can you”

“Overall i am happy with the products but the delivery is such a con. You pay 4.99 minimum for delivery even if you go and collect it, (they do give you a fiver to spend in store if you collect but its hardly worth it!) then you also have to pay to return it if its not right.”

“I have ordered many times from USC. I have always been happy with the items that arrived aside from a shirt which arrived with a blood stain. USC asked me to send it back to get a refund, which makes sense. But the item itself only cost £4 & sending it back was a massive pain so I didn't bother. Overall they have been good.”

“I choose store delivery which I found expensive, especially as most places do not charge if you choose 'store delivery'. As a standard delivery charge it is still pricey.”
