“Always great bargains on your website. Only thing I would complain about are your expensive delivery fees. There is no option for free delivery over a certain amount spent, and to have to pay to have it delivered to a store is ridiculous when other retailers offer this for free.”

“Good website, descriptive and clearly aimed at the younger market which I was looking for. Good communication - emails kept me informed of Order status. I'm not so sure about the method of collection from a third party store. Took an hour and ten miles and I still had to pay for delivery.”

“Don't see the point in printing off the e-mail when you have sent a code. Ebay have a click and collect with Argos, they send you the code and your done. Many people don't have a printer or the printer is only set up on occasion for certain documents. I think the code and some form of identification is enough.”

“No problems with delivery and got my trainers at a great price. Shoes are extremely tight for the size but that is the brand I suppose and no fault of USC.”

“USC is great and you have items from great designers. I could have rated you 5 stars but you need to improve in the area of free delivery for items above certain amount without forcing people to collect from stores and receive vouchers they may not necessarily need. In general, however, I have absolute respect and trust in your services.”
