“Great service and great prices. Site very easy to use. Order dispatched quickly. The only criticism I would have is the choice of courier. I've had problems in the past with Yodel not living up to their promises and sadly this time was no different. It was only once I'd placed the order that I noticed that yodel were delivering. Had I known this before hand I would probably have shopped elsewhere.”

“Good price on items, and pain-free collection from in-store. Nice to have a voucher for spending in Sports Direct stores which essentially 'cancels out' the delivery charge. Shipping to store could be quicker considering the postage cost.”

“The whole process was very good, easy to use and informative. The only problem I have is that an item I chose (which I was informed was available) became unavailable during the processing and the order was completed without me being able to change the item for another. In my opinion, because of shipping costs, I should have been informed that the item was not now available and I should have been given the opportunity to change my order before it was processed. Otherwise, I am very happy with USC and will be ordering with them again in the future.”

“Items ordered were labelled incorrectly. Ordered two XL jackets. One was ok the other was double xxl. Otherwise items are reasonably priced.”

“I would really consider changing delivery courier. I paid for next day delivery and it came at 7p.m I know it's still next day but if it was through royal mail next day delivery is garanteed before 1p.m . That's the only downfall”

“As a regular customer I do feel aggrieved that USC offer discounts to 'irregular' customers such as students but don't offer the same discounts to regular or returning customers. This policy causes me to use USC as last resort rather than first choice.”

“Service was very good and item arrived instore within a few days. Ordered a converse top which was really poor quality. Top was stretched and out of shape and material was really thin. Id previously bought the same top in a different colour from my local usc store so couldnt understand why there was such a difference in quality between the two.”
