“Ordered two pairs of shorts,received them but one was the wrong size,phoned up to say I wasn't prepared to pay for postage because it was their mistake,given freepost address to send back for an exchange. Excellent customer service. Shorts are great as well.”

“I have shopped with USC for a number of years now and although I think the postage costs can be a wee bit expensive for small items, it does not affect the quality of the items from USC.”

“Online shopping was good saved my time but the delivery spouse to go in usc not to Sports direct i went to collect my parcel in sports direct on Monday 9/05/16 thy said we haven't got your parcel come back in 2,3 day I said I have got the email that the parcel is in store the cashier didn't bother it I know the sports direct it's part of business but I don't like there coustmor service the actual usc branch coustmor service very good”

“I bought a jacket for my son - lovely quality - it was £140 and we were really pleased with it. I was only disappointed to pay £6.99 for delivery as I think that a high value item for this you should not be charged delivery.”

“I like my products and my service. I was a bit annoyed about the fact you are unable to get a cash refund as the store i orginally went to to buy my items told me i would be able to get a full cash refund. But the products i ended up getting were great and a decent price”

“I'm disappointed the packaging the items came in is not new, it seemed that the items where shoved in any old plastic bag/plastic cover which for a few items was ripped and damaged so it's hard to return the items in a resale state for you but as they arrived like that I'm sure you will take them back like that. Also after opening my package I noticed that on all of the bags that there was a thick black sticky substance, subsequently when I got to the bottom of the bag I found a black biro that was in there and had leaked everywhere, luckily for me this did not get on any of the clothing items delivered but it did ruin one of my own tops, not a happy customer!!”
