“The website is good and has good stock. But I was given a birthday code which I was going to use when I made my last purchase. But to my dismay it wouldn't work and kept saying error. What made it worse was that I received an email say oops spelling mistake in code. But don't worry your Birthday code will still work which it didn't.”

“Quality of the jacket I purchased spot on. Website has good detailed and accurate photos, which you can zoom in at different views. Only disappointment was the price of next day deliver, which was actually 2 days later. £6.99 a bit excessive compared to other companies next day delivery costs. Otherwise pleased with service and product received.”

“The only reason I haven't give 5* is because I originally wanted to click and collect as I work near a usc but would still have been charged the full delivery fee even though it was being delivered to their own store. Other than that, great service, kept up to date with progress and was delivered when they said it would be. Overall happy and would use again.”

“Great items purchased for my son , at very keen prices , however big negative is courier company Yodel. Customer service poor courier asks you to ring them direct however there phone turned off main call centre is automated very poor service !!!”

“My order was delivered promptly the next day with express delivery. My only concern is that my penguin chukka trainer's were very badly over stitched on one side, I repaired them myself easily but it was tedious and obviously something that I shouldn't be having to do. Not having a free returns option put me off sending them back and I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait.”

“Service and price was excellent but i am only giving 4 stars because the two pairs of white trainers i bought both had a few black dirty stains on them like they had already been worn or somebody had been handling them with very dirty hands”
