“Really happy with the item. The only let down was the packaging, one of the shoes was out of the box in the bag and the box was a bit battered.”

“The tshirt I ordered was exact, the delivery time was good. The website was vary slow, it took ages to get into my basket, before I could complete my order. I think the delivery price is expensive especially as I picked the tshirt up in the store. I use other websites like river island & Next who do not charge to collect your items instore for free.”

“Straight forward customer journey, the site is easy enough to navigate around and you can find the items you are interested in simply enough and the filters help narrow down your search. Think that paying a shipping cost when over £100 is spent is a liberty and not with keeping with other online shops, who offer free p&p for a lot less spent. On my original order one of the items was refunded as was not available despite it being available when placing my initial order which suggests that the stock levels are not up to date. Overall a good experience and some great items received”

“Had to send back my jeans as they were the wrong size from what I ordered (32R in 32S bag). Luckily I was also sending back a t-shirt because otherwise I'd be paying to send something back that was a mistake by USC.”

“Like their products always and at very competitive prices I must say, only this time I wasn't happy with the Nike Tiempo94 trainers I purchased online. They had like Scruggs and markings on the trainers on the sides but looked over as got them at low price. Still happy and will be buying from them again and again.”

“I have been shopping with USC for many years now and love their casual but smart tops and especially their jumpers. Although I am 49 I can still find lots to suit me and always get called trendy. There is such a wide range of designers that it is easy to find clothing that suits me. The delivery is always prompt. I like the wide range of clothes too that suit the very young to my age. I still like to keep up to date in what I wear without looking like I am trying too hard to look younger. I am always asked where I get my clothes from which is a compliment.”

“If you don't mind searching for a bargain this is a great site. It had some great brands at affordable prices during sale times. Shame about questionable director's, and the zero hour contracts for the staff who work for the company.”
