“I can't think of anything bad to say :) delivery was quick. Maybe have a collect in the USC stores? Rather than sportsdirect. Eg the USC store in arndale (Manchester)”

“Over all a good Internet service, confirmation and delivery was quick. The t-shirt I ordered was my size but when tried on was a bit large so needed the size down was a little shocked that I had to pay for a return delivery considering it was just an exchange. Knowing this I would check else where first in the future when ordering clothes online.”

“Hi ! I'm cuong I live viet nam I received the product of USc . Very nice items . But your company less items , brands and should have a certain limit for free shipping . A problem that I was not satisfied . when goods arrive in Vietnam the price too high taxes . I have to pay extra 50 % of products purchased by USC . 1 : transport tax to Vietnam ( 21GBP ) 2 : import duty ( 30 % ) 3 : VAT ( 10 % ) 4 : duty and tax -customs clearance procedures. Therefore , The orders that I ordered , can set a price lower than the price listed on the website okay? let me and everyone in the world can buy cheaper , and many people in the world known more Usc . if so, how do I do ? “Very happy with the jeans and t-shirt. Unfortunately the items were delivered to the wrong address and the homeowner was not in and their neighbour signed for it. Luckily the homeowner delivered it to me on the same day. Very good start but a poor ending.”

“Paid for next day delivery, supposed to receive it on Monday, but got on Tuesday. Not a big deal, but it did cost an extra 4 pounds if I am not mistaken.”

“I'm happy with my orders from USC, my only issue is with paying for postage when items are sent to my local store. Surely if items are being sent to a store (along with other merchandise and possibly other orders) the delivery charge could be removed!”

“charging five pound to click and collect in store is a rip off never seen the likes of it. remember it costs people money to get to your store aswell, everyone else has free click and collect to increase custom yous are running yours away.”

“The delivery was on time and products were all okay other than a Tommy Hilfiger Polo which I received, the polo had orange stains on the front so I have sent it back. Also, their should be free returns for faulty items.”
