“I probably won't order again as postage is expensive and slow. I ordered something from another website the same day with free delivery and it arrived two days before my delivery was ready to collect.”

“The quality was good as always for Converse and value for money.. Unfortunately my daughter didn't like the colour so we had to send them back. The colour on the website didn't look like the colour we received, they were a lot lighter.”

“Great value and choice on the website. my only complaint is the cost for click & collect. I have never had to pay for this service with other retailers. I know they give you a £5 voucher to spend IN STORE but most of the time, the stores don't stock my size so I have to go back on the website and order my actual size, thus having to pay the additional click & collect charge and then get another voucher. For instance, I wanted to buy the Luke Inca Mesh trainers in blue size 10 which are £33 in store, so I thought I could use my voucher and get them for £28. However, they only had them in a size 8 or 11 so I may have to order them online. I'm not sure if they only stock out of the ordinary sizes in store and the more popular sizes online purely to get you to pay over the odds with the click and collect charge.”
