“Quality of the jacket and time for delivery were absolutely wonderful. In love with the jacket! Boys in store who served me were polite & very helpful. Only criticism- the security tag was left on the jacket when picked up in store.”

“Very good and quick service. Although I think postage is expensive. Especially if I'm spending £150 plus. Most companies include the fee after a certain amount of expenditure, as they do with free returns. For me that makes a huge difference as you feel more satisfied you're not having to spend extra money and gives you peace of mind. I'd use that money towards buying extra items otherwise.”

“Got a good price for the shorts I bought, quality v good too. Delivery seemed to take longer than other online purchases I've made with other shops. Overall very pleased though.”

“Very good and easy site to use and great delivery times the only problem i have for this whole purchase is the price i would have to pay to collect the item from a usc shop, it puts me off making another order having to pay £4.99 to be able to collect from my local usc shop”

“Nothing wrong with the service from USC; the product was what I ordered, and arrived well packaged. The only problem I have is with their use of Yodel as couriers... cost me £5 extra, and their service is pretty abysmal. I'll pick up from a store in future.”

“I really like shopping in USC .Everything what I buy is nice .Delivery is very good in shop or at home. Only one thing I would love not to be charged £ 5 when you spend £50 and over ,even they give to you £5 voucher to buy on shop. Delivery should be free. Kind regards Suzana”
