“Shopping with USC was fine, shame about courier company they use, Yodel, used to use Hermes, much better. Shame, as this has put me off ordering in the future.”

“wasn't happy at USC own outlet within Sports Direct at Oxford St. Went there to collect on-line purchase made from USC & was told to go back upstairs to Sports Direct itself to collect it, what hassle. Got to the Sports Direct Till where the order was retrieved from the back and processed, and where on-line customers collecting items would then get a £5 voucher off their next purchase to use straight away or next time. Unfortunately the Sports Direct Cashier when asked about the Voucher said it could "only be used at Sports Direct", and not at USC. I explained the item was ordered from USC and not Sports Direct so why would i need it for Sports Direct. She Shrugged her shoulder. I then went back downstairs to USC to make further purchases and discovered the Voucher could indeed be use there. Lessons learn, lack of training on such an important yet basic knowledge which all assistants should know as i'm pretty sure other customers had been given this wrong information.”

“Disappointed that size7 trainer was even bigger than a size 8 so had to be returned at a cost of £6.05! However, delivery was on time. Wouldn't order on line again as cost of return practically outweighs the money you save on the other items. Other companies I shop on line with have free returns so be sticking with them.”

“I found that USC has good fast customer service. This is only my second order with UCS. I can only praise customer service for their understanding as I put down the wrong size that I wanted on the return's parcel. However this was dealt with fast by sending an email to USC who sorted it out before the items were returned to me. Thank you.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of the trainers my boyfriend wanted.... very happy with them and arrived really quickly thank you.... we also ordered a few weeks ago itvwas bank holiday but still didn't take long to arrive and I'm happy to spend the £5 in the sports shop when they are ready to be collected ????”
