“Happy with the trainers ,were as described. The only thing I was not happy with was I tried to buy these trainers about 2 weeks before when they were advertised for £18.50 but when I got to check out you wanted to charge me £25 , which I was not happy about.”

“I like that fact that USC now sells fragrances and other none clothing items. The prices on said items great and I also like the variety on offer (clothing + none-clothing items). I normally visit USC online to buy clothes but end up buying a fragrance because I simply like what they have to offer and the prices they offer them at.”

“Everything delivered on time. My only issue had been on stage of notification of courier collection was missed and I was unable to track whether delivery was on schedule or not. Prompt and reassuring response to enquiry but it is not always easy to identify how to make enquiries and phone enquiries obviously discouraged as no numbers provided.”

“I have used usc many times and usc sales are always good, but this time after spending £100 on various items I received a Luke white polo shirt that looked like it had just been pulled out of skip (I'm hoping marks will come out) I also received two pairs of penguin flip flops only ordered one size 10 the other pair was a size 11 in a size 10 bag, so now I have the hassle of sending back at a cost to me. So all in all not the best delivery iv had. :-( Thanks Karl.”

“After shopping in your store in Inverness, I was disappointed in the way expensive clothes were more or less rolled into a ball and handed to me. Maybe more time taken on training the staff to fold them correctly would help many customers. Also purchased an item online as size was not available in store( service was first class).”

“Prompt delivery, but you would expect this given the charges. Firetrap jeans are a little larger than I would have expected, but I presume this will gradually rectify itself, once they're washed.”
