“Most of my order was fine apart from one t-shirt which had the brand badge literally hanging on by one thread, I couldn't be bothered with all the return hassle so I sewd it back on myself.. but it shouldn't have been in that state!!”

“So many places now provide prepaid / free returns, it's such a shame that USC doesn't. Especially as the are often not the same items in store as online. Good quality products, sizes however can be variable”

“Items arrived quickly, but the returns process does need improving. Most other companies provide returns packaging and labels! It feels like the intention is to deliberately make it difficult for the customer to return items.”

“Everything is ok. Fast response and solution of ptoblem with delivery costs ( i had one) . Website is user friendly. The last prolem i have had - products doesnt fit to the size ( we always used to buy gstar trousers size 34-34 and always it was ok, but the last ordered are really smaller. Of course i understand that this is manufacters problem , not yours. Anyway i had already made the return and expect quick answer and refund ????”
