“The collect from store service was great, the staff very helpful and the service speedy. The one negative aspect is the returns policy - not being able to get a refund in-store, instead they only offer an exchange or credit note.”

“Received items on time, all items in good condition. Although returned 6 out of 8 items so hopefully they're as quick with my refund as they are with delivering their items.”

“The products and price outstanding, not forgetting the quality. If there was one thing I would look at is delivery, I chose to have my items delivered at store and was charged £4.99, although you do get a voucher to spend in sports direct I still think this is s bit ridiculous.”

“Great prices, especially in the sale. Good product range. £3.99 delivery fee, particularly when you're delivery to a store is a disincentive to buy. Many competitors off free delivery. Also when I picked up my goods at the store, I wasn't asked to provide ID. I could have stolen the phone that provided the email confirmation order.”

“Products are good, prices are good, and can find many items not available locally. Items are shipped very quickly, but would prefer that they used the British Post to send things, rather than courier. I am prepared to wait for an item rather than pay the high admin fee charged by courier companies, especially UPS and DHL.”

“i recieved the products which i desired but there was one product which was wrongly delivered to me because i chose a zipped hoodie (over the horizon ) by looking at the picture on the website instead i got a sweatshirt (over the horizon).”

“I decided to go with delivery to my local USC store, thinking it would speed up delivery. I was a bit disappointed to learn that there is one, 'maybe' two drop offs a week to their store. Overall it took a week for my goods to be dropped off. Other than that I was overall happy :)”

“Received some trainers which I ordered online. The quality of the finish on the trainers was really poor (unclear if this was the makers fault or USC for not checking the quality before postage). I returned them for a refund via free post and received my refund within a week.”
