“I received an email stating that my order was being processed and would be notified when my delivery was in the store. I waited 5 days and no notification thus I attended the store and asked if my order was within.....and it was!! Communication is not good”

“Very good items great prices but I feel your delivery is expensive compared to other website as they have free delivery and free returns . So can put off if just ordering one item as returning item can be over £4.50 plus delivery is around 4.99 . I think you need to look at delivery options”

“Although clothes are well priced you're let down by the fact that refunds can't be done instore. Would love to see that change, also the website does not offer the option of click and collect event though you advertise that you offer it? Maybe a glitch that needs looking at. Other than that, brilliant customer service with well priced products.”

“The t.shirts are fab for the price ! How ever u ordered size 12 and they fit like a size 10, I like my t.shirts with some room to breath! So I should of got a size 14 and I ant fat !”

“I think its a good idea that you are now doing click and collect at sports direct, as in Lincoln we do not have a USC. Although i think that the five pound voucher you get for using the click and collect service should be from were you have shopped i.e USC and not sports direct like it is now.”
