“One of the tshirts I bought has a print on it that is not positioned the same as it is on the website. It still looks good but the symmetrical positioning takes away the cool sporadic design of the print.”

“Best priced product though delivery was very expensive, especially considering it was to a store, however overall still best price around. Did find it annoying there were no signs and was trying to find right counter to pickup the order at my chosen store, which was a Sports Direct.”

“Jacket was ordered from USC but has arrived with a Sports Direct label and where as I was charged £30 from USC the ticket says £12.50? Parcel arrived quickly but will be returned as too small.”

“Bought about 12 items online. Great service, lots of updates and all order delivered within 4 days. Returned 3 items and 1 exchanged for smaller size. Got a refund within 3 days and exchange item within 4 days. Was going to give 5 stars, but took 1 star off due to delivery charge.”

“Good service price and quality of goods however I got product delivered to store where get a £5 voucher to spend in store because have already paid for delievery, but have to spend the voucher that day and I never realised till got home, why dont just give the delivery free or at least a week to spend the voucher”

“My items were delivered successfully and on the date I was told. I did order a top for myself but received an email the next confirming the top was out of stock even though it did not state this on the website before I purchased. Other than the roof or myself I was happy”

“Very easy to order and collect. I am not giving 5 stars as collection from store should be free. I paid £5 for delivery which was only slightly offset by the £5 voucher given to spend in store. Tip guys- just give free delivery and stop the gimmicks”

“I've been shopping with USC for a while now and I recommend them often, i find shopping online much better as you get the better deals. Even when i had a problem once the costumer service was top noch and the help i received was quick and helpful. Keep it going USC!”

“Bought trainers and boots, both of which I loved. Great value for money! From the moment I purchased them, USC kept me up to date with delivery (which I chose to have delivered to the store). Only problem is that if I didn't like anything, I can only get store credit, not just a refund. Luckily, that wasn't an issue this time! x”
