“Delivery was quick, refund on the item which didn't fit was fast, I had to pay for return postage which wasn't ideal, but I saved so much during the sale, it wasn't a big deal. My only complaint would be that Click and Collect (which is widely advertised on the site) isn't available as an option if the stores close to you have too many orders stacked up. I had to contact customer services over email over a couple of days before they explained why I wasn't seeing the option on the website - could be a lot clearer.. I would much preferred to have done Click and Collect than Delivery so I could avoid having to pay for return postage on items which didn't fit..”

“Everything i have ordered has arrived the day before due. When i have returned products they have been received in and monies returned with no hassle. be nice if all size guides were accurate and available as a big chap makes shopping online easier.”

“The jeans I ordered were as advertised and a great fit. The delivery was earlier than expected. Only problem was one pair of jeans had a security tag still inside which I then had to take to a store to be removed. However on explaining this to customer service I received an apology and a gift voucher so overall I am satisfied and will shop again online with USC”

“Order was technically good value and arrived quickly. However one of the items could have been described better as it was a lot smaller than expected. A mention to order a size above the usual would have saved having to return the item at my expense. The other item was as described and very good value/fit.”

“Quick delivery A couple of items within my parcel were not package properly- looked as if it had been thrown together. One of the tshirts is very badly crushed. I also don't agree about having to pay for delivery then having to pay to return items. Most outlets do one or the other or none at all. Poor show usc”
