“I've bought things a few times now online and had delivery into store which it only takes a couple of days. However this time I wanted to return one of the items and I didn't realise that if I want to return an item for a refund I have to send it back rather than be allowed to do it in store but in store only offer a credit note which I find wrong.”

“i've continuously had good service. With USC the site is easy to use and to place orders. One thing i would like to mention is that recently I had to send back 2 XL converse t shirts. As they were far to big I asked to be sent 2 large instead. I received an email 2 days later saying large were out of stock. But I immediately logged on the USC site and was able to the same shirts in Largs. Which meant I had to pay postage and so on again. Was a bit puzzled by this.”
