“1. Last product was out of stock despite being in stock when ordered. 2.Wrong product then dispatched, shop unable to help, no customer service number to ring, finally got a number and useless. Email follow up not helpful either. It is hard work doing business with this lot.”

“Very long time for my trainers to arrive. Unhappy with online shopping with USC The parcel was ripped & looked like someone had opened it to have a look. (Attempted theft) The box was cut and destroyed & looked like someone cut it with a blade to have a look.”

“Ordered 7 days ago via click & collect at local store. Dispite stating 3-5 days delivery time - still order or correspondence explaining the delay. Phoned the store to be told quite bluntly "it's not here you'll have to just wait" 🙄”

“Delivery was not good making out I was.not into take delivery when i was i took the whole day off work for this them the next day it was 6 at night when was told between 9.12 The shoes was ok. Very poor sizing”

“Really quality clothing on this site. No rubbish! Love the outlet option for the kids clothes... really thick top quality brand name hoody for less than a third of the normal price. Kids think you are a super hero and your bank card doesn’t burn out!!!”
