“orders accepted and the items are out of stock and items are cancelled, why accept orders then, have better stock management. also don't call their customer service number ITS A PREMIUM NUMBER AND NO ONE ANSWERS IT COST ME £25 AND WASTED 52 MINS”

“I placed an order and it was accepted, no problems, after 1 hours I get an email saying my items are out of stock and items have been cancelled, why the hell accept then order in the first place!!!!!!!! order arrives then another item is out of stock which I haven't been told about nor received a refund for yet. DONT RING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AS ITS A PREMIUM NUMBER GOT charged £25 for 2 phone calls. also no one ever answers the call in position one for 18 mins wtf.”

“Paid for next day delivery as I was in hospital and needed these clothes. A week later the clothes turn up. Tried chasing and no response from usc. Very poor in all aspects considering the order was £130 and I spend this most months. Time to move on I think”

“USC were very good with my 1st ever order. My only issue was that the order was due for delivery on 14/01 (Tuesday). It had a delivery address for my work. Unfortunately, I got an text & email at 9.01am on the 11/01 (Saturday) saying my delivery was coming that day between 8am-10am. Yes, an hour had already elapsed. I then received correspondence that an attempt had been made to deliver & that nobody was in. Obviously not as it's a work address. It later transcribes that when my order was delivered on 13/01 (Monday) the carrier said an attempt wasn't made on the Saturday as they know it's a work address so were never going to try to deliver despite giving me a 2 hour slot & then stating they had attempted to deliver. On the plus side, I got my trainers on Monday instead of the original Tuesday date however, it's a good job I didn't rush into work & wait on the Saturday as they were never coming. The company in question.... Hermes!! Had I know you use these, I wouldn't have placed an order in the 1st place as it's very hit & miss from previously experiences myself & with my family & friends. Unlikely to order again unfortunately Due to your delivery company. Shame as USC were great!! Great price & speedy despatch.”

“You get what you pay for. I’m lucky because my shoes actually came, after reading the reviews I was very skeptical. However when they arrived my white converse did have marks on them and the glue was showing and had stained around the front sole. I decided it was minor enough for me to not risk returning them and fighting to get my money back. For £32 when they should be £65 I can live with it.”
