“Ordered Adidas trainers which when arrived were two different colours, one was new the other was faded and had obviously been used in the store as the sole was dirty. Had to pay delivery to send back for refund. Very poor.”

“Purchased a pair off white vans in sale did not realise that they were taken off display and boxed !!! Two different shades off white no packaging in shoes and no wrap over shoes will not be using site again!!! Did not return as needed to use them straight away so just had to grin and beard it thanks USC Steven king”

“Order placed on 15th December. No next day delivery option available but website states the order will be delivered by 21st December. Less then half of the order arrives before 21st December. Most items are delivered on 27th. Not great as part of the order were Christmas presents. No joy getting through to USC customer services or to their appointed courier company to find out about the missing parcel. Overall, very bad experience and had to get Christmas presents last minute from another retailer.”

“Website was fine, I paid 7.99 for delivery next day and didn't even come till after Christmas even tho it clearly stated guarantee Christmas delivery, so my son didn't get his presents until 27th was really disappointing for him and the service was bad I kept emailing for help nothing back”
