“The only thing is missing here is free return option. Most of online retailers offer it nowadays, so I hope it will be available asap. I also hope that after brexit the shop will be awailable in EU and perhaps even will send from EU country to escape extra taxes.”

“If I could have given one star I would have. Paid for next day delivery. 48hrs later nothing came. Emailed USC, 48hrs later email explaining there was a problem!!! Poor customer service, took another 48hrs to get a response and then the goods where sent out next day. Honestly sort out Your communication Problems and provide staff with the correct customer service skills they are clearly lacking.”

“Frustrating when you pay for your chosen items then receive an email days later telling you that one or more item is sold out, why is this information not updated on the site before payments are processed, waste of postage money when you don't get your complete order....disappointing.”

“Put an order in a week before Xmas, paid for next delivery. Waited for over two days when nothing came. Emailed sent to USC waited another 48hrs for a reply. Only to be told there was a problem, yes 4 days later!!! Not impressed worst customer service, resulted in a missed birthday presents, not happy at all.”
