“I purchased two pairs of shoes which were feud and rocket dog branded boots 🥾 I was deeply disappointed with the quality of both of them. The look of the shoes were cheap, the material used appeared quite poor and upon trying them, they were very uncomfortable. I will be returning the both of them. I am also annoyed at amount you charged for delivering them next day and now even more annoyed to learn that I have going to have to pay another 6.99 to return them. Not happy at all ☹️ also would like to add, both shoe boxes came damaged!”

“I bought Calvin Klein boxer shorts 2 for £55 and 1 colour was out of stock after I had placed the order - I wasn’t given an opportunity to chose another colour or sent 2 of the same which was disappointing as I would now have to spend a further £55 to get the offer.”

“On hold at customer service.. next on the call over an hour spent calling no answer. Email sent days to respond.. then no further response!! Tweeted again a response then nothing £50 of my daughters Christmas money not returned!!! My order come and it was empty as confirmed by Hermes!!!!! Who is going to take responsibility for this.”
