“I think the postage of delivering to store is disgusting. I'd understand if it was to my house but I have to pay fuel to get to your store then you charge for collection, I won't be buying from here again.”

“I ordered a pair of firetrap trainers from USC.when ordering I couldn't believe how good they looked.they were at an excellent low price.they arrived very fast.I have now tried them on and they are perfect.very comfortable and they look fantastic.thank you so much USC I will definitely be buying more from you.”

“Really bad experience. I ordered a mens large size NASA alpha industries crewneck and not only I also paid for 1 day delivery and both of the things got messed up when it came it came 2 days late and when I open the package it's a kid size crewneck I know I didn't order a kids size and it must of been a system error and when I called customer service they say it's my fault. That great thanks for your service will never order from usc anymore. I never had this kind of experience before until I ordered from usc”

“Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 8 days ago, paid £4.99 for delivery and for the last 5 days the tracking has said on its way to the courier. Emailed USC customer service and am still waiting to hear back. Disappointed in all honesty”
