“I bought a pair of sparkly children’s Converse. The website was easy to use and they arrived on time and the packaging was in good condition. The shoes are a perfect fit and my friends little girl loves them :) definitely recommend USC”

“Awful, same customer service as Ryan Air. They do not reply to emails of complaint. The quality of goods wasn't impressive. Nor as expected, had to pay delivery both ways, therefore, cost me £26.00 to just try on clothes.”

“Paid for next day delivery, my order arrived 4 days later. Contacted USC using their contact form on the 2nd march to find out where my order was and never received a response. Poor customer service.”

“I only put acceptable as the Items are fine just what I ordered but I put stuff in my basket and buy the time I had checked out it had sold out if it’s in my basket should that item not be mine also had problems with delivery had to go to store 3 times witch cost me a tenna each time Items have also still had tags attached when delivered got treated like a shop lifter when returning to be removed saying that still order stuff quite often”

“Ordered a few items but then actually only received 3 out of the 7 due to them not having them in stock? The boys underwear i got the packet was open and scruffy.. The footwear wasn't properly packed either.. hopefully if i was to order again from there again it will be better service.”

“Very unhappy with the returns policy. Most retailers offer return to store as well as free returns by post. Has put me off ordering again”

“Wanted to try on several pairs of shoes in store (Dundee). Absolutely none in my size. Had to order online, delivery fee huge compared to competitors and shoes did not arrive “next day” as promised. Complained and was given £2 refund.”
