“I am happy with the product which meets my expectations including being sold at a great price. Collection in store took the maximum amount of time stated but this was longer than expected when compared to other stores offering this service for free. The voucher offset for the delivery to store may be a good marketing strategy but is not good for the customer and is unusual when compared to other stores which do not do this. So happy with the product but not impressed by the delivery / collection service on offer.”

“Would've liked my package to have arrived a bit quicker (turn around time slower than other shops ie Gap) but prices are great and will shop here again! 🙂 Sizing was out on the Kappa tracksuit jacket i ordered. Mens large fitted my very skinny 14yr old yet i check your size guide and it was to fit a 44" chest!”
