“I am very disappointed with USC I have paid for 3 pairs of shoes and was meant to arrive Wednesday 18th November 2020 it has not come and I have emailed Usc and hermes and had no reply tracking number 0986546015044086. Mr Parmar. I will be calling my bank for refund if my shoes do not get delivered.”

“I still haven't had my order which I ordered last Tuesday I have asked where my order is to customer services and I still haven't had a response. To be honest I'm not very happy at all as one of the items I ordered was a birthday present for my brother which has now passed. So to be honest I dont think I will ordering from usc again . To be honest I would like some compensation because come this Tuesday I will have placed my order two weeks ago which is just totally unacceptable as I've paid for delivery as well.”

“I have been trying to get in contact as my order is wrong. The wrong tshirt arrived. It had the correct name of the tshirt on the outside of the packaging but completly different tshirt inside even a different colour!! Could someone please contct me asap. Customer service is very poor!”

“There clothes are just OK and items with a logo on are just plastic and cheap looking have got them for gifts for my son he may like them but I'm stuck on time so have to keep them for now”

“Item to big went to store to exchange they only had one size in the size I needed however this Pair on the shelf has clearly been worn and no tags on them showed the store manager who put them back on the shelf I know have a pair to return and can’t get them in store and it will cost me to return the item very poor and would not buy from USC again”
