“Got sent a short sleeved polo shirt instead of the long sleeved polo shirt i ordered, says on the tag long sleeved but its not, just waiting on a response from customer care team as i’ve sent back photos of the mistake and the bar code etc, its not free returns either so as its not my mistake i dont think i should pay for postage.”

“USC has been my go to designer wear for many years, however the website could do with a little improvement, you can't narrow your search which can make shopping a little easier but I still prefer the stores where you can actually see the product before you buy it.”

“I placed an order on the 19th November for an Adidas hoodie order ref usc4000006331236 on the 22nd November I received another email saying it's been despatched. It's now the 27th and the item hasn't been delivered yet and i haven't received any confirmation of when it's due to arrive. Would appreciate USC getting back to me regarding where the item is. Thanks Carl Brecknell”
