“Other than an 'order placed' I received no communication from USC. the promised delivery date could now not be met, so I ordered some of the same items elsewhere (for a present) and requested to cancel the USC order. Low and behold 3 days after doing so, I receive an email to say order processed!! A further 5 days later the package turns up only to discover security tags attached to the clothing....REALLY HELPFUL. After a very kind Sainsburys removed the tags, I have returned one item; let's see how the returns process is! I won't be shopping with USC again; shopping shouldn't be this stressful The clothing is good, but the customer service is not.”

“Packaged well. Just as I hoped for. No complaints about USC but they need to think about changing courier service. Hermes are terrible”

“Ordered £150.00 clothes for grandsons Christmas presents. Hermes called whilst I was out. Sent a message to say delivered and left in porch (with photo)at 12.20. I have no porch! It was left on front step. When I arrived home at 4.30 ish there was no parcel. I live on a fairly main road. Anyone and everyone passing could see the parcel dumped at the front door. Have emailed your office to report this. This is the first and only time I will use your online sales system as I have not had a reply (tried Hermes too) but the money has been paid I go your account from mine but I do not have the goods ordered.”

“BEWARE.. Ordered 3 items for around £150.00 and it said unable to process order on my payment credit card, then tried paypal and that also said the same.... Within 30 minutes my bank contacted me saying possible fraudulent activity has taken place on your credit card and they immediately ceased my card and are currently sending a new one. This company has no contact numbers and they ignore emails. Been waiting 3 days for a reply to my emails.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...”
