“Sent the wrong product probably because you had run out of the one i purchased - you no longer have them in stock!! When i told you this i was then asked to take photos and send them only to be sent a return label !!! I couldnt return it as i needed a shirt for him for an xmas present so have had to put up with it! Customer service - a joke!!! Wont be using you again”

“Terrible. It cost me £26 to return the jeans. I did not check your return policy prior to buying HOWEVER no other retailer I use ever makes the customer pay the return postage. Rip off. I will never be ordering again.”

“Ordered a top. Has said it’s been delivered but I haven’t got it. Although this is the delivers fault I have complained to USC and I’ve had no reply. This was an Xmas present and cost £30 so I’m very disappointed!”

“I had a good time browsing on the website. Great layout. I ordered a pair of converse shoes and played 6.99 for next day delivery but they arrived one day later then expected. After contacting USC I got a full refund for the delivery and was satisfied with this. I will definitely purchase from here again. :)”
