“I didn't realise USC was part of sports direct!!! I paid £5 postage, as I thought the nearest USC store was in Plymouth. Where I could have popped 5 mins up the road & collected my order from the Sports Direct Store & received back a £5 voucher to spend in store! Your nearest stores map didn't include the Exeter SD store. Maybe a good will gesture is in order??!”

“Very happy with my purchase , However i was let down by the next day delivery i paid for as my delivery was cancelled there for i took this up with DPD who then suggested it was not their problem as they dont do next day delivery ( confused ) so either this is a product that doesn't exist or poor proceedure from them so i have paid for something for nothing if you can enlighten me on this it would be much appreciated not nice being £7.99 out of pocket”

“Good communication from order to post. I am still awaiting response to two emails from over a week ago following my orders, one as the CYBER 20 discount wasn't applied to a full price line and two I didn't receive a 20 pound voucher for the second order I made of over 100..Thank you”
