“Very happy with the quality of clothing and bargains! Happy with delivery and the website is very easy and great to use. One item had a whole in the seam however for the price of the t shirt it isn't worth sending it back. My mum is going to see it as it's a birthday present and disnt have time to send back. Disnt notice until wrapped it up.”

“Goods matched descriptions, good prices and style reasons to buy. Fit of products good but quality not as they should be for the original selling prices . 1 t shirt after just one wear and wash already pilling.i was impressed with the 4 stage communication process of my order which was received within specified timescale”

“I love USC for its big brands and good prices, however, having to pay for returns is a joke, especially if it is a mistake on your end e.g sent the wrong size.”

“Normally I’ve had good service and good quality clothing. My latest purchase arrived damaged with a rip on the collar and hole in the arm. After paying 6.99 for next day delivery this is not acceptable as I also have to pay to return the faulty item.”
