“Bought a sweater which was a little too big so got it exchanged for a medium no problem. My only gripe is that the p&p charge is a bit excessive & you have to fund the return cost out of your own pocket.”

“From the halcyon days of the stores on the high street, to the movement to being more prominent online, I've always liked using USC as a store. Not sure it compares to when they were on the high street, but it's a close second. They seem to have the same brands, although some of the more unique brands are missing, the service is good and the range is decent. A company that has always seemed to lean more towards men, than women, which helps.”

“Four items ordered, one top the packaging was damaged & top had marker pen over it so had to be returned. Called one of the stores to see if this could be replaced by them as a Xmas gift answer no, this is annoying as may not get before Xmas”
