“Totally not happy with it, I recent order some stuff from usc and 1 of them was damaged I send them the email but they replied back totally different, didn make no sense to me so if you can check that for urself. Am sending you the pictures of the damaged item. Thanks.”

“Order was not packaged properly, it contained five perfumes one was smashed completely and the others were soaking wet and two looked like they had been opened . All the boxes were ruined and none of them could not been given as presents.”

“Very disappointed in the service, when placing my order online. How can an item be shipped to the warehouse and be kept there for over 3 days with no sign of it going to my selected store? I emailed regarding my item explaining that I required it ASAP but got an copy and pasted reply. Subsequently I had to cancel my order and travel to USC at Teesside park to try and buy what I had ordered. What a load of bollocks! The attached photo is what I presume you use to deliver ye olde goods!”

“Disappointed was not told one item was out of stock before others where dispatched as it was the main thing I wanted and would not have paid the postage for the couple of small items left in my order. Think postage price is too expensive in general.”
